After successfully supplying core materials for the four Lancang River hydropower projects in Wulonglong, Huangdeng, Dahuaqiao, and Miaowei, TISCO once again supplied high-strength steel for core components of the generator of Unit 3 of the Lancang River Lidi Hydropower Project , A few days ago, all orders have been delivered, and the pass rate of product warehousing inspection is 100%, which fully meets the project requirements.
National key engineering project-Lancang River Lidi Hydropower Station is located in Badi Township, Weixi County, Diqing Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It is the third-level power station of the seventh-level development plan on the upper reaches of the Lancang River. The total storage capacity of the Lidi Hydropower Station is 74.5 million cubic meters. The construction scale is 3×127MW units and the installed capacity of the power station is 420MW. It is invested and constructed by Huaneng Lancang River Hydropower Development Co., Ltd. At present, the project has entered the equipment installation stage. The Lidi Hydropower Station is an important part of the “Yundong Power Transmission” strategy. After its completion, it will focus on power generation, and at the same time help immigrants to get rid of poverty and become rich. It will play a positive role in promoting local economic and social development.
It is understood that the product specifications required for this project are extremely special and the acceptance standards are harsh. At present, there are very few domestic companies that can supply core component materials. After understanding the user’s needs, TISCO marketing staff took the initiative to connect with the construction unit, combined with the advantages of production, sales and research, formulated new production processes, used new equipment for the first time, and actively provided users with product deep processing technical services. After consultations with professionals from both sides and several tests, a qualified product was finally produced. TISCO is an important production base of steel for hydropower in my country.
